1️⃣ Configure Your Pipeline ⚙️

Configuring your procurement pipeline stages is the best way to start your procurement domination journey with undrift 💪 

Ensure that your stages reflect your procurement process. Intake, Project Paused, and Project Completed are all standard stages that are required for analytics. 

Create new stages, or drag and drop to or re-order them. Add as many stages in between "Intake🟢 and Project Finalized 🏁"  as necessary so you can automate at every stage of your procurement process.

 

PS - You can hide stages on your Kanban if you do not want to use them regularly. Create and Save your view on the Projects Dashboard for the most efficient tracking of your procurement projects.
