As of this posting, Automations are triggered when a project is created, changes stages, or a certain time event. Automations are available to create a task, create a note, or send an email with more in development.  ⚡

Consider designing your pipeline around major steps in your process so that as you move a project from stage to stage, the proper tasks, notes, and emails trigger for your project. 🗃️

Add in "IF" or "AND" conditions and it looks something like this: 

Automation Name: "Legal Domination": When my project is moved to Legal Review stage, if it is an {Amendment}, add a task to "Double Check Master & SOW for expiration to ensure contract dates align. Send Business Email Template "Legal Review" to Legal Liaison.  

Then, when you drag and drop your project to "Legal Review" the task is automatically created and your email template is ready to send! 📧
