Operating Procedures are like your own personal (or Team for multi-tenant accounts) knowledgebase to store anything and everything related to your procurement process. 

Procurement Pipeline categories mirror each stage in your pipeline process so you can store, reference, and catalog as much procurement wisdom as possible for every stage in your journey. 

You can also add custom sections and processes that are unrelated to your pipeline stages to remember things like "Savings Tracking" or "Ariba Requests" etc. 

Under each drop down, you can add individual SOPs with a title and instruction to structure your knowledgebase: 

And, when all else fails and you've filled your second procurement brain with all the wisdom and instructions, you can easily search for keywords and subjects in the top search bar and drop downs will expose all the SOPs that match.
