Project Cards 📇

Project Cards store all of your pertinent procurement project details. There are some standard fields useful for reporting and analytics, but you can also create any type of field to ensure you capture the proper information on each project: 

• Delete your project altogether (you can also move your project to "Paused" if you don't want to delete
• Export to Word and share an executive summary of notes, activities and project details in an editable document
• Clone your project! Handy if you do a lot of orders for certain suppliers

Easily navigate important Tabs to manage your project like a boss: 

• Project Details is the main information display for your project where custom fields will populate
• Contacts can be created and used for emailing Email Templates  
• **Contacts are automatically added to your Directory to reuse
• The Activity Tab is where you can create project related tasks and notes for ultra deal intelligence management
• Documents is where you can LINK to any documents for reference whether they be MSAs, Quotes, Amendments etc.
